St. Theresa’s Hospital Gets Incubators

An indigene of Nkoranza, Mr. Nicholas Danso Abeam, who is the President of the Nick International Holdings, Tema, recently donated two sets of new incubators to the St. Theresa’s Hospital at Nkoranza, one of the hospitals owned by the Techiman Diocese.

Presenting the items, Mr. Abeam expressed satisfaction at fulfilling his promise of supporting the Hospital. He said he also had the intention of donating incubators to other hospitals in Ghana. The Most Rev. Dominic Yeboah Nyarko, Bishop of Techiman Diocese, thanked the donor immensely and recounted that Mr. Abeam also single-handedly built the mortuary for the same Hospital. He also expressed gratitude to citizens of Nkoranza living abroad for also donating items to be used in the hospital, especially Madam Faustina Drowaah, a benefactress in Holland. The Administrator of the Hospital and acting Diocesan Health Director, Mr. Francis Tawiah, expressed appreciation to the donors and assured them that the hospital would put the items to good use and also ensure their maintenance.
